Hosted by Jeffery R. MercierHow to become who you were called to be
For the man who looks fine on the outside and feels unfinished on the inside. Half a day in workout clothes, working hands-on stations in small teams.
$75 through Thanksgiving. $150 starting Dec 1. 100 seats total.
Six stations and one shared close, each built on an ARC pillar. Here’s what each one stands for.
We build the interior. The highlight reel can wait.
Every wound gets a name. Every EQ skill gets a definition a man can use, not a vibe.
Identity runs on structure, not inspiration.
A man doesn’t need wins to walk in the room. He needs to show up honest.
We don’t tell a man he’s wrong for the structure he built. We hand him something that actually holds so he can build higher.
Nothing here is handed to him and nothing here is done for him. He does the work.
We don’t sell results we haven’t produced.

Most men were handed an identity before they were old enough to test whether it would hold. He didn’t choose it. He built on it anyway, because it was what he had. ARC Development doesn’t tear that down and call him wrong for building on it. We help men build identity and emotional intelligence, taught as structure, so he has something real to climb onto.
You arrive in workout clothes and move through hands-on stations in small rotating teams.
Six hands-on stations and one shared close, each built on an ARC pillar. You do the work with your hands. Nobody talks at you all morning.
Before you go, you're placed in a small group with a first action and a check-in on the calendar.

Most men were handed an identity. Few were given the structure to build their own.
Half a day. On your feet. Structured and honest - not a rally, not a pep talk.
Arrive in workout clothes and check in.
Purpose, expectations, how the rotations work.
Small teams, hands-on, with a break in between.
All the men come back together for a shared close.
Your group, your first action, your first check-in.
Said out loud. The day ends at 2:00 PM.
Tools you practiced with your own hands. Not a speech you sat through.
Seven pillars. Six hands-on stations. One shared close.
The tool you practiced at each station, yours to take home.
A small group of men, placed together before you leave.
One for every man who attends.
For every man in the room.
No promise of a new identity in a day. No promise of instant brotherhood. What you get is a practical day of formation, tools you practiced yourself, and a group set up to know whether you used them.
Same day, same seat. The only thing that changes is the price.
Now through Thanksgiving, Thu Nov 26, 11:59 PM.
